It takes an average shipping time of 4 business days depending on the order’s destination. This time does not include printing time.

We use several global carriers to give you the best shipping experience. FedEx, DHL, and USPS depending on your location.


The best way to clean your caps is to hand-wash them instead of placing them in a washing machine. This will help with retaining their shape and won’t diminish the quality of the embroidered design.

We recommend you wash them with a mild detergent (not bleach), in lukewarm water. If there are any spots that require more attention, then you can use a brush with soft bristles.

Our t-shirts can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items.

They can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang dry works best.

When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.

Our hoodies and sweatshirts have a slightly different fabric. So while they can be machine-washed cold with like colors without bleach and ironed on low heat, they can’t be tumble-dried or dry-cleaned. 

Payment & RETURNS

Customers have several checkout options. You can pay with PayPal or any major credit or debit card with out leaving the site. Shoppers can purchase right from your product pages, and pay in almost any currency. 

All customers will be held responsible for entering their address incorrectly. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address. The customer would have to repay for shipping.

If the package was not returned to sender, then the customer would have to process a new order to replace the original.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at the customers expense.



Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


Please contact us at before shipping your return. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges need to be approved. 


If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
